Description of work environment
Seated position-benchwork, some lifting, using hand tools and adhesives.
Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely
Heaviest lift 32lbs (very rare)
Ability to read and follow instruction – On a screen/monitor. Some schmatics/drawings
years work experience in general. Must be able to follow step-by-step instructions.
Degree/Certification Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
3 opening 2nd shift 9/80 2:30 start
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
